EGYPT : ANCIENT REMEMBRANCE

Travel back to the dawn of time as we connect with the sacred Tree of Life found all over the banks of the Nile River, and receive her ancient codes that we will carry on a private boat tour of the Ancient Nubian lands around Lake Nasser, where we will embark on several sacred ceremonies with our team of Nubian Guides, channels and High Priestess.

During this tour we will travel by boat, under the stars on the magical and deserted Nile waters in Lake Nasser, and hear the stories of Upper Egypt through the indigenous Nubian perspective.

Nubia was once a thriving Kingdom stretching from Aswan to Ethiopia and had many temples lining its banks, the most well known being Abu Simbel of Ramses II. Since the damming of the Nile, 44 indigenous Nubian Villages were lost under water but the stories still remain, handed down from ancestors.

Our Lake Nasser tour falls on the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Libra, and we will be with this potent energy while hosting a channeled King & Queen Crowning Ceremony at the Wadi El Seboua Temple built by Ramses II for Sun God RA.

In Aswan we will stay on one of the last remaining indigenous Nubian lands - Heissa Island - found right by the Isis & Osiris Temple. Here, we will be shown the hidden secrets of the land by our Nubian guide, Tarek Asela who is a powerful Egyptian Spiritual Channel, as well as meet and connect with the local community.

Tarek Asela leads a project called Nuba Dessa, which means Green Nubia in Nubian dialect. The vision is to install solar powered water pumps from the Nile onto the land to regenerate the soil and cultivate food sovereignty for the Nubian people, as well as resurrect the ancient plants of this region such as the Blue Lotus. This is a unique & rare offering to engage with and ‘give back’ to the land and original people.

This project will include the build of a Lotus Pond and a Planting Ceremony with special guests from the community for a replanting of the Blue Lotus on the sacred lands.

This experience will include several ceremonies that connect to the Akashic field and receive transmissions, as well as the Sun God Crowning Ceremony, Blue Lotus Planting Ceremony, and connection with the ancient Egyptian mythology, wisdom of medicinal plants and ritual.

Heissa Camp is a true state of the art Ecolodge and Birdwatching Retreat.

We welcome all fellow nature enthusiasts and quality-peaceful-timeseekers. A place with serenity and good vibes, excellent for meditation and relaxing. Arrival to Heissa Camp is by Nile boat.

The whole Camp is an Ecolodge, free from single use plastic.

SAÏ Dahabia + convoy, Lake Nasser

SAÏ sails between Aswan and Abu Simbel in a warm and gracious atmosphere with its unique design. This boat is completely handmade and decorated in a pure Nubian and Egyptian style.

Floating 26m in length, and stretching 6.5m wide, SAÏ is equipped to accommodate 12 guests in six, two passenger cabins. Four are located on the main deck and the remaining two are to be found upstairs. While all cabins posses private bathrooms, the two on the upper deck have the added feature of private terraces that provide stunning views of Lake Nasser during our voyages. Inspired by traditional Nubian style, SAÏ bears an elegant and cosy ambience especially in the lounge area and restaurant.

SAÏ will take you on the waters of Lake Nasser, for a unique discovery of this region of Egypt. A cruise in Lower Nubia for the discovery of its temples of Kalabsha, Wadi El Seboue, Amada and of course the inevitable site of Abu-Simbel with Ramses II temple and his wife Nefertari.

The name SAÏ is reminiscent of the silty island of SAÏ located in Upper Nubia in Northern Sudan. The island contains a multitude of archeological sites and unfortunately unexploited.

This boat entirely made of wood and of artisanal manufacture took 5 years of works. In addition to its rustic and elegant side, the SAI has a cruising speed that consumes a minimum of energy to allow us to protect the environment as much as possible. The boat is equipped with a generator that provides electric power, solar panels and providing 220V during the day and at night.

NOTE: We will convoy 2-3 boats, and not all guests will be able to be placed on SAÏ directly, though we will all enjoy the common spaces. Our other boats will be smaller as SAI is the only Dahabia on Lake Nasser. All guests will share rooms for the duration of the cruise. Private rooms available at Heissa Camp.
