TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your place in the retreat is secured on receipt of your initial non-refundable deposit of $1111

Final payment is due 30 days prior to the start of the retreat, along with a photocopy of your passport.

If cancelled 30 days or more before your stay, 50% of the initial deposit will be applied to any future event to be used within 12 months. 

Any amount paid above the retreat deposit will be refunded when cancelled more than 30 days in advance. 

No refund or credits will be issued to cancellations within 30 days of the retreat start date, or for choosing to leave during the retreat.

Sesen holds no responsibility for missed and delayed flights, missed transfers, visa implications, and/ or denial of entry into countries of retreat, illness, injury, or acts of god that may affect guest arrival date. No refunds or alternatives will be made for any part of the Retreat not attended as a result. Guests should take out their own insurance policy for coverage of such implications.

Sesen reserves the right to change or cancel a retreat if insufficient bookings have been received. In the event of an alteration or cancelation, every effort will be made to avoid inconvenience by offering an alternative solution, or full refund.

Sesen reserves the right to cancel or terminate a guest for any form of misconduct to the group or for behavior that disrupts the stay of other guests.

All guests must have insurance before arriving at the retreat.

By coming to a Sesen retreat, you acknowledge that footage will be taken & consent for use by Sesen to promote future events.
